1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gita7 platform and all of its associated services. These Terms form a legal agreement governing the relationship between gita7 ("we", "platform") and the user ("you", "member").

By accessing or using the gita7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

gita7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use services at gita7, you must be at least 21 years old. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited. We may request identity documents to verify age.

2.2 Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, you must provide the following information accurately:

• Your full legal name exactly as it appears on your identity document
• A valid and active email address
• Your correct date of birth
• Your current residential address
• An active mobile number

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Members of the same household may not operate multiple accounts from the same device or IP address. Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and funds will be forfeited.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the password and login credentials of your gita7 account. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. You must follow these security rules:

• Never share your password with any third party
• Log out of your account after each session
• Use a strong and unique password
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately

Never provide your password to any person or organization claiming to be customer service — no gita7 staff member will ever ask for your password.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at gita7 is ৳500 — this applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank apply).

You may only use a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing time is generally 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

To withdraw winnings obtained from bonuses, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. gita7 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals during investigation of any suspicious transaction or fraud.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gita7 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once
• Bonuses are not transferable to other accounts
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled
• gita7 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus
• Bonuses of accounts registered with the intent to abuse bonus offers will be forfeited

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

gita7 is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. All games on our platform are secured by SSL encryption and guarantee unbiased results. All game outcomes are entirely dependent on a Random Number Generator (RNG).

If a technical error or disruption occurs in any game, the bets for that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. gita7 will not be responsible for any alleged winnings arising from a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent activities, such as the use of software bots or automated gaming tools
• Bonus hunting or exploiting system strategies to abuse bonus offers
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activities
• Account hacking or accessing accounts using another person's credentials
• Coordinated betting or game manipulation
• Registering an account with a false identity or false information
• Conducting transactions using a third-party account
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gita7 website — logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, designs — is the exclusive property of gita7. These are protected by copyright law. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content without our prior written permission is prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

gita7 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We use SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity technology. For full details on how your data is collected, stored, and used, please read our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, information may be shared with authorities where required to meet legal obligations or to prevent fraud.

10 Limitation of Liability

gita7 bears no responsibility for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical disruption
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
• Service disruptions caused by external factors — natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks
• Personal financial losses resulting from gaming

gita7 is an entertainment platform. Gaming is a risky activity and there is no guarantee of winnings. Always bet within your means.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

gita7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• False or incomplete registration information
• Failure to meet the age requirement
• On the direction of a legal authority

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If a valid balance exists, an opportunity to withdraw will be provided before account closure, unless forfeiture applies due to fraud.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please first contact our customer support team directly. We will make every effort to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.

The time limit for submitting a dispute claim is 30 days from the date of the relevant incident. If a claim is not made within this period, gita7 is not obligated to consider it. The final decision on all disputes is reserved with gita7.

13 Changes to Terms

gita7 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make an effort to notify you via a platform notice or your registered email. However, continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
